美容院顾客不到店或到店不消费，怎么解决

很多美容院在经营过程中总会遇到一些疑惑，比如美容院一直很努力经营和推广，但为什么顾客还是不到店，即使到店也不消费，这让美容院经营者很是伤神。其实这除了宏观经济因素与消费者习惯的变化外，美容院自身一般会存在以下问题，才会导致难堪的局面。今天小编为大家一一解读，希望能帮到美容加盟连锁店的老板们。

顾客不到店，到店不消费，主要是低值无效的顾客过多，等消耗压力大。低值顾客一般分为以下两种

优先一年到店总消费低于500优惠，每月平均不到50优惠的顾客；

第二有一定的消费金额，但所选都是客单价低的项目，如客单价5优惠/次左右，某顾客年消费额达1万以上，但有200-300次是不可消耗掉的，如此恶性循环，难再销售。

一家美容院，以上两类顾客过多的话，不仅会使员工误认为顾客多，不珍惜顾客，也会让员工的工作量增加，做得很累。另外，由于这类顾客过多，难免有个别负面影响，比如说价格不合理，结果与服务不好等影响美容院的口碑，占用美容师时间与精力，影响其它顾客与美容师的常规操作。

低值顾客导致员工工作量增加的同时业绩又上不去，没有业绩谈何高工资，实现目标的不见长导致员工的心态不佳，服务自然跟不上，一系列问题就出来了。

1、不乱做拓客活动，切忌不惜成本的优惠。低价吸引来的顾客大多是冲“占便宜”而来，因为活动价格过于便宜，后期价格相对较高，很难转为常规顾客。

2、卡项设计合理性，成客单价不可过低，如果顾客认为贵，而员工要做是让顾客觉得贵得有价值，有理由。只有在项目单价及个人年消费都到美容院的合理范围内，后期消耗才不是问题。

3、不乱做促销，本来卡项结构不合理，再加上每个月的优惠促销，把顾客全部逼低端，消费永远拉不上来。美容院要想能拉动业绩，必须要有高端项目，将顾客从低端引导到高端。

美容院如能解决低值无效顾客，高端销售提升美容院的业绩，既不会伤员工与收银，也能很好的解决顾客到店不消费问题。
